Taland Freeport Zone is managed by Philippine Realty Development. The main zone is a fully developed 16,000-hectare mixed use land area where Taland International Airport is also located. The zone can host up to 4,153 locator companies engaged in manufacturing, information- communication technology, tourism, and aviation-related industries that can employ a total of 421,341 skilled and talented workers who are highly efficient and competent.
